第十届“中国人民大学国际统计论坛”（RUC IFS 2025）将于2025年7月4-6日在中国人民大学召开。大会邀请美国、澳大利亚等国家和地区的知名学者参会，将就“统计学发展史、数理统计、数据科学与人工智能、生物统计学前沿探究、政府统计、金融统计”等问题展开深入交流与讨论。目前论坛官网（http://ifs.ruc.edu.cn）已正式上线，我们诚挚邀请海内外同仁关注并报名参与本次论坛。本次会议不收取会议费，请点击文末“阅读原文”链接或登录论坛官网报名注册。

“中国人民大学国际统计论坛”于2004年创办，致力于搭建统计学界高层次的学术交流平台。论坛每两年举办一次，已成功举办九届，产生了良好而深远的学术影响，目前已成为中国最有影响力的统计学论坛之一。

Hyndman, Rob J

Rob J Hyndman FAA FASSA is a Professor of Statistics in the Department of Econometrics and Business Statistics at Monash University, and an elected Fellow of both the Australian Academy of Science and the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia. He is the author of over 200 research papers and 5 books in statistical science. In 2007, he received the Moran medal from the Australian Academy of Science for his contributions to statistical research, especially in the area of statistical forecasting. In 2021, he received the Pitman medal from the Statistical Society of Australia. For over 30 years, Rob has maintained an active consulting practice, assisting hundreds of companies and organizations around the world. He has won awards for his research, teaching, consulting and graduate supervision.

Mukherjee, Bhramar

Professor Bhramar Mukherjee is appointed as Anna M.R. Lauder Professor of Biostatistics and Professor of Chronic Disease Epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health. Professor Mukherjee serves as the inaugural Senior Associate Dean of Public Health Data Science and Data Equity at the school. She holds a secondary appointment in the Department of Statistics and Data Science at Yale. Prior to joining Yale University in 2024, Dr. Mukherjee built a distinguished career at the University of Michigan where she was appointed as John D. Kalbfleisch Distinguished University Professor of Biostatistics and the first woman Chair of the Department of Biostatistics (2018-2024). She is known for her contribution to statistical methods for integration of genetic, environmental and disease data from large healthcare databases. She is winner of many awards, including the 2023 Karl Peace award from the ASA for betterment of society through statistics, the 2024 Marvin Zelen Leadership in Statistical science award from Harvard Biostatistics. She is a fellow of the ASA, AAAS and an elected member of the US National Academy of Medicine. She has written more than 400 articles and supervised 22 PhD and 4 post-doctoral scholars. She is the founding director of a flagship undergraduate summer program on big data. She is the President elect for ENAR, an eminent professional society for biostatisticians.

袁卫

袁卫，中国人民大学荣誉一级教授，博士生导师，享受国务院特殊津贴。1988年获中国人民大学经济学博士学位，是我国首批经济统计学博士。现任国务院学位委员会学科发展战略咨询委员会委员。曾任中国人民大学常务副校长、第四届国务院学位委员会委员、第五届和第六届国务院学位委员会应用经济学学科评议组召集人、第七届国务院学位委员会统计学科组召集人、中国统计学会副会长、中国统计教育学会副会长兼高校分会会长等。

1990年，袁卫教授撰写了《统计推断思想》，填补了我国统计方法论和统计逻辑的研究空白；1994年发表了《建立一级统计学科，促进统计教育发展》，开启了“大统计”的讨论和统计一级学科建设的进程；主编了2007年至2020年《中国发展报告》，编制了“中国发展指数”，得到国务院领导的批示和肯定；主编了2010-2011年《中国学位与研究生发展报告》，开启了我国研究生教育白皮书的编写工作；同时主编了《中国大百科全书第三版统计学卷》。

袁卫教授先后获得国家有突出贡献的中青年专家、全国优秀教师、北京市教学名师、首都五一劳动奖章、中国人民大学大华杰出教学贡献奖、中国人民大学师德标兵等荣誉称号，入选教育部首批跨世纪优秀人才培养计划。

Halabi, Susan

Susan Halabi, PhD, is the James B. Duke Distinguished Professor of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics and Co-Chief of the Division of Biostatistics in the Department of Biostatistics and Bioinformatics at Duke University Medical Center. For over twenty-five years, she has been at the forefront of designing and analyzing clinical trials in oncology. Dr. Halabi develops novel methods for the design and analysis of clinical studies, including innovative variable selection techniques for biomarkers and high-dimensional data. She is deeply committed to ensuring statistical rigor in clinical research so that findings are both scientifically valid and meaningful to patients and society.

Her most significant contributions include the development and validation of prognostic models for prostate cancer outcomes and the identification of surrogate endpoints for overall survival. Dr. Halabi has authored over 300 peer-reviewed publications and co-edited two foundational books in the field: Oncology Clinical Trials (2nd Edition, Demos, 2018) and the Textbook of Clinical Trials in Oncology (CRC Press, 2019). A past president of the Society for Clinical Trials and the recipient of several prestigious awards, she is also a Fellow of the Society for Clinical Trials, the American Statistical Association, and the American Society for Clinical Oncology.

黄坚

Jian Huang is a Chair Professor of Data Science and Analytics in the Departments of Data Science and AI, and Applied Mathematics at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He earned his Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Washington in Seattle. His current research interests include deep learning, generative models, representation learning, large model statistics, and AI for science.  He was designated a highly cited researcher in the field of Mathematics by Clarivate from 2015 to 2019. He was also included in the list of the top 2% of the world's most cited scientists by Stanford University from 2019 to 2024. He serves on the editorial boards of JASA and JRSSB. Professor Huang is a fellow of ASA and IMS.

Wang, Judy

Huixia Judy Wang received her Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Illinois in 2006. She was a faculty member in the Department of Statistics at North Carolina State University from 2006 to 2014. She is currently Professor and Chair in the Department of Statistics at The George Washington University. She served as a Program Director of the National Science Foundation from 2018 to 2022. Her research interests include biostatistics and bioinformatics, quantile regression, semiparametric and nonparametric regression, high-dimensional inference, extreme value analysis, and spatial analysis, among others. She was a recipient of the NSF CAREER award, the Tweedie New Researcher Award from the Institute of Mathematical Statistics (IMS), and the Medallion Lectureship from IMS. She is an elected Fellow of the ASA and IMS, and an elected member of the ISI. She currently serves as a co-Editor for Statistica Sinica and as an Associate Editor for the Journal of the American Statistical Association.

朱宏图

Dr. Hongtu Zhu is the Kenan distinguished professor of biostatistics, statistics, radiology, computer science, and genetics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was a DiDi Fellow and Chief Scientist of Statistics at DiDi Chuxing between 2018 and 2020 and held the Endowed Bao-Shan Jing Professorship in Diagnostic Imaging at MD Anderson Cancer Center between 2016 and 2018. He is an internationally recognized expert in statistical learning, medical image analysis, precision medicine, biostatistics, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics. He received an established investigator award from the Cancer.

Prevention Research Institute of Texas in 2016, the INFORMS Daniel H. Wagner Prize for Excellence in Operations Research Practice in 2019,and the COPSS 2025 Snedecor Award. He has published more than 340 papers in top journals, including Nature, Science, Cell, Nature Genetics, PNAS, AOS, JASA,  Biometrika, and JRSSB, as well as presenting 55+ conference papers at top conferences, including meetings for Neurips, ICLR, ICML, AAAI, and KDD. He is the coordinating editor of JASA and the editor of JASA ACS.
